These terms govern your use of onordept.com, operated by ONOR DEPT (“ONOR”, “we”) from León, Guanajuato, Mexico. By using the site or the register you agree to them. Questions: hola@onordept.com.

1. The site

The site is a portfolio and contact channel, provided as-is. The client work shown is displayed with permission of the respective clients; all trademarks, footage, and photography belong to their owners. Don't scrape, reproduce, or use the content commercially without written permission.

2. Marks

ONOR DEPT™, CLEAN, NOT CAREFUL.™ and NOTHING NEW.™ are trademarks of ONOR DEPT. Registration is in process; the ™ symbol reflects our claim to these marks.

3. The register (PAY US)

The register places a real charge on your card through Stripe. Every payment is recorded as credit in your favor, redeemable toward ONOR services (production, brand, content, media, or any scoped engagement). To apply your credit, write to hola@onordept.com with your Stripe receipt. Credit does not expire. Credit is not a deposit for any specific deliverable until a scope is agreed in writing, and is redeemable for services — not for cash, except where the law of your state or country requires cash redemption. You receive a Stripe receipt at checkout; in Mexico we issue CFDI tax invoices on request — send your fiscal data to the same address. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the consumer protection law that applies to you (LFPC in Mexico; applicable state and federal law in the United States) — to request one, write to hola@onordept.com.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to break or overload it, and don't submit data that isn't yours to share.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ONOR's total liability arising from the use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid through it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our aviso de privacidad.

7. Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of León, Guanajuato. If you use this site as a consumer in the United States or elsewhere, nothing in these terms waives or limits rights — including refund, dispute, chargeback, or forum rights — that the law of your state or country grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement. We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page.
